CH Driftwood's Black Dahlia - "Belle"

Belle danced into our life as our first
show dog nearly 9 years ago. Sassy, she rules our house with a
benevolent iron paw. She epitomizes the true character of the PWD,
strong willed, intelligent, sweet with personality plus. After two
litters, Belle retired to reign supreme as queen of the waterdogs in
residence. Belle has a penchant for Italian food and has been known to
consume an unsuspecting pizza or two. Lo the cook that forgets to give
her her full share of pasta and sauce. Belle will always hold a special
place in our hearts. As my first owner-handled dog, she coined the term
"getting Belled in the ring". Vendors fondly remember her for her
shopping expeditions at shows. She taught me much, sometimes at the
expense of my pride. May we have this girl always in our lives and
hearts.
